Enhancements:

  • Elevate your teamwork with the following improvements to Snap:
    • The Rephrase feature now includes "Improve Writing" and "Fix Errors" modes to simplify corrections and enhancements, without the need for adjusting style settings.
    • In case of an AI response error, you now have the option to switch the LLM, whereas previously, you could only regenerate the response.
    • The “Unread summary” floating message now appears only when there are three or more unread messages.
  • [Plug-in: Approvals] You can now choose to receive email notifications for the requests you're approving or have submitted.
  • You now have the freedom to manage your account password on your own schedule, without mandatory resets.

Bug fixes:

  • It was impossible to duplicate a personal task.
  • Fixed some issues with organizations using PINs.
  • Resolved issues related to two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • While creating a workspace, tapping the “Create” button twice created two workspaces.
  • Inviting a member to a newly created workspace didn’t update the member list and count.
  • When editing a message, pressing the Enter key on a Bluetooth keyboard created a new message instead of saving the changes.
  • Addressed issues with login across multiple organizations:
    • Push notifications continued after the action of tapping “Sign out all accounts.”
    • Upon signing out of an organization, automatic switching to another organization did not occur.
  • Resolved filter-related bugs:
    • In Chat info > Files, changing the Chats filter to “All chats” didn’t load the member list in the Members filter.
    • In Members, it was impossible to filter the list by the Master role.
  • [Plug-in: Approvals] Fixed the following bugs:
    • Scrolling through the request list quickly sometimes caused the requests to disappear.
    • While adding approvers, recently added approvers appeared then disappeared right after.

  • You can now give feedback on Snap’s AI-generated responses. Simply click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon to like or dislike, and let us know why you feel that way. Your input helps us improve.
  • Snap now supports new Large Language Models—Gemini and Claude. More updates to our language models are on the way.
  • Elevate your app experience on iPad with our latest update featuring a UI tailored for expansive screens.

Enhancements:

  • Only the last six months of notification history will now be retained in the notification panel to avoid unnecessary data clutter.\
  • [Plug-in: Approvals] Each request now displays the number of files attached, ensuring that approvers don’t overlook any files.

Bug fixes:

  • Ideas were posted before their attached files were fully uploaded.
  • When sharing a message to a channel or chat, it was impossible to mention a member or group in the description.

Enhancements:

  • [Plug-in: Approvals] We’ve rolled out some new features and updates to streamline your approval process! Here’s what you can do now:
    • Resubmit a rejected request after reviewing the reason for rejection.
    • Attach an approved request to add context to your current request.
    • Approvers have an option to provide reasons for approval or rejection.
    • Authorized guests can now use the Approvals plug-in.
    • Feel free to navigate away while drafting a request; your draft will be automatically saved.
    • While drafting a request, you can preview your attachments.
  • You can now view the detailed information for Gmail, Outlook Mail, and Google Calendar content shared in chats.

Changes:

  • Hungarian, Hindi, and Tagalog have been removed from our app's language settings, but remain supported within Snap.

Bug fixes:

  • The screen flickered when sending messages in group chats.
  • Emails shared in messages didn’t display properly.

  • After signing in to another organization, it was occasionally impossible to switch workspaces.
  • The reset feature in the Snap panel failed to clear the settings of the large language model (LLM).
  • Mentions were not displaying correctly in features associated with Snap.
  • [Plug-in: Approvals] Fixed the following bugs:
    • Images attached to requests didn’t load properly.
    • Tapping on a request without access permission then going back caused signout or app freezing.

Enhancements:

  • Swit Snap now supports a new Large Language Model—Upstage Solar. Stay tuned for further expansions to our language model offerings in the future.
  • Swit Snap now displays your language setting as the default language to translate to.
  • We’ve made adjustments to the UI for sharing Store app resources to channels or tasks, enhancing overall consistency.
  • You can now copy or share URL links contained within posts. Simply long press any URL link to copy the link for personal use or share it with others.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed the following bugs with Swit Snap:
    • Even if Snap hadn’t finished drafting a task’s checklist, it was possible to “Use this suggestion.”
    • The Translate feature caused some issues when the original text was too long.
  • From a Saved message, entering the source channel and tapping on “Jump to newest” didn’t navigate to the newest message.
  • When using Store apps, some selected values didn’t apply properly in the custom UI.

  • [Plug-in: Approvals] After searching approvers using “Navigate teams,” it was sometimes impossible to add them from the results.

Bug fixes:

  • When you entered a chat via a push notification:
    • Newly generated messages within the chat didn’t appear.
    • Names of participants in a group chat were incorrectly labeled as “Unknown.”
  • When setting task assignees, the list did not include all project members.
  • Changes to the workspace info would not apply in real time.
  • Tapping on a Saved item from another workspace sometimes didn’t result in switching to that workspace.
  • It was sometimes impossible to upload an attachment while composing a new idea.

  • The Swit Store app interface has been expanded. You can now execute app actions within tasks and attachments in addition to channels, and attach various component formats to both new and existing tasks.
  • Adjusted the size of the emoji picker to make all emoji tabs fully visible on a single screen.
  • Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Spanish have moved out of beta and are now officially released.

Bug fixes:

  • After mentioning multiple entities in the text editor, deleting some text would occasionally close the app.
  • [Enterprise plan] Fixed the following bugs with organizations using PINs:
    • On some devices, reinstalling and opening the app would skip the PIN setup screen.
    • When you switched the app to the background while the keyboard was active, the keyboard would remain visible over the PIN code screen when the app was reopened.

Enhancements:

  • The Select UI element for Swit Store apps has been updated to include a search feature. This update is particularly useful for dropdown menus with extensive lists, enabling users to quickly find and select options instead of scrolling through the entire list.

Bug fixes:

  • After the release of a new version on the App Store, the update alert wasn’t displayed in “Settings > About.”
  • After posting a comment on a channel or chat message, tapping on the + icon would occasionally fail to bring up the bottom sheet.

Bug fixes:

  • On some devices, the following bugs would occur:
    • While editing task details, the link button was unresponsive.
    • Swiping a channel or project to the right and tapping on the notification icon had no effect.
  • While having a chat comment open, it was impossible to delete a newly posted file.
  • Fixed the following bugs with the project calendar view:
    • Tasks converted to subtasks would still be displayed.
    • Tasks with set periods would not be displayed.
  • When notified from another workspace, the workspace dropdown menu showed a red dot but the workspace list did not.
  • In Chat info > Files, it was impossible to move to another chat using the chat filter.
  • On the file details page for an uploaded PDF file, tapping the screen where the header or toolbar should appear caused them to disappear immediately after appearing.
  • When composing a message, tapping on the + icon would occasionally fail to bring up the bottom sheet.
  • When posting an idea comment with an image, the image would not display properly.
  • [Plug-in: Approvals] In Add CC recipients > Navigate teams, guests were erroneously counted under “Unassigned.”
